How does the free trial work?
For 14 days, you're free to try out the Business plan, which has
unlimited users and brainstorms plus a huge amount of storage
for your files (among other things). If by the
end of the free trial you're not interested in subscribing to
the service, your account will be automatically downgraded to
the Personal plan, which is free.

Do I have to sign a contract?
Nope, no contracts and no strings attached. Just pay-as-you go.
Whenever you wish to stop using threddie, just cancel your account
and you won't be billed again.

What kinds of payment does threddie accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) via our
partner Easypay.pt. We do not accept PayPal. At this time we don't
accept offline payments.

Is my data secure?
You account is password protected. Every user under your
account has his/her own password. The threddie server is hosted at
a state-of-the-art data centre with redundancy systems and daily
backups. So, in a word, yes. There's also SSL encryption in the works,
which should be available soon.

Threddie works on all modern browsers:
